Welcome to my blog, a place where I babble in hope of gaining attention from readers, agents, and publishers. That's the world we live in. It's highly competitive; readers and buyers don't have enough time to enjoy the ocean of content to find what they like. Instead, they must mill through summaries and samples to glimpse at what might pique their interest.

It's not their fault. It's not even a bad thing, really. Sure, it's frustrating that the work can't speak for itself, or that the most successful artists are the most persistent or lucky. However, that also means there is so much beauty, so many ideas available to the public that they'll have a constant supply of enrichment, should they so desire. Hell, I'm one of those very beneficiaries. It's a sign that our society has flourished to a point that art is plentiful and valued.

So, please, enjoy the samples and short stories I'm posting. In the future, this site will feature opportunities to buy books, information to find me at events, and a forum for readers and aspiring artists to share their own ideas and prose.
